The senior arm of the Kingborough Lions United Football Club caters for both male and female players. The Club strives to have teams playing in the highest possible competitions in Southern Tasmania while recognising the need to cater for players who wish to participate at a “social level”. The competitions are under the umbrella of Football Federation Tasmania and all competitions are run in accordance with FIFA Regulations. The club is community based and is always actively recruiting players and enhancing the playing environment.

The Kingborough Lions United Football Club are delighted to announce that they have secured the playing services of two UK recruits Matheus Galante and Keiron Dale. Both players will take up two of the three visa spots on the Lions PS4 Victory League squad list in 2015.
Kingborough Lions United FC is please to launch it Summer Skills Acquisition and Goalkeeping program for youth Girls and Boys born between 1998 and 2002. The program is an 8 week skills acquisition/GK program (training once a week on weekend) for youth players who would like to further develop their football skills during post and pre-season. This program is pay per use and is in addition to any other pre-season training players may be doing with their teams. Each session contains two streams. Skills Acquisition (for outfield players) and also a stream for Goalkeeper training.
